Mary Haverstick
Director. Cinematographer. Filmmaker. Storyteller.
Telling stories on film since second grade, Mary has now directed Oscar winner Marcia Gay Harden and lifetime Tony winner Marian Seldes, worked with Liam Neeson in documentary and voice work and Alan Alda in commercial filming.

Very few women have directed multiple feature films, Mary has directed four. In an era when few women did so, Mary cinematically trailblazed by also taking on cinematography and editing on her features, which she also wrote. The New York Times called HOME "beautifully acted" and several reviewers noted Marcia Gay Harden's performance to be Oscar worthy.

In spite of her interest in cinema's technical aspects, at the core is always story. Mary has been working on a book about the cold war, a culmination of tens years of research and investigation.
